Do you need help scheduling an online appointment?
We are a boutique style skin care center and makeup artist studio with a ton of passion for what we do and how we do it. That means that we don’t rush from client to client and you will have 100% of our attention and skill set any time you visit with us.
We have amazing technology to help you book your appointments 24/7 online and also to cancel or reschedule when needed, so here is helpful information if you have any difficulty scheduling your appointment online.
- Make sure you select the correct appointment type so the system reserves the correct amount of time.
- If you have a gift certificate, discount or voucher code and the system is not accepting the code DO NOT STRESS. Proceed with the booking without entering any codes and be sure to bring the code with you and we will apply it here. You can also email or text your name and code number to 240-793-0908 and we will apply it.
- All appointments require a deposit. We miss the days when this was not a necessity but the pandemic has forced us in this direction. Simply put, a small and specialized business like ours can no longer absorb being booked up with folks that don’t show up.
- Deposits are applied to your full price service, or to the sanitation and COVID-19 regulations fee ($15) per person which is payable for any service that is discounted or payable using vouchers, codes, etc. Any deposit over $15 for services paid using vouchers or codes can be refunded or applied towards gratuity.
- Speaking of gratuity, our small staff depends on gratuity to make a living. It is not pocket money to us. When a client chooses to not give us a generally acceptable guideline of 15% of the full price of the service, we have essentially been told that we should work for free or for a very little. You don’t expect to go back to work for free because your boss told you that they did not want to pay you, and nor will we.
- We do not accept walk-ins and our scheduling system is set to not allow appointments without a minimum of 2 hours in advanced. However, feel free to call us at 301-963-0908 because sometimes we do have reschedules or we could accommodate a 60 minute treatments vs. a 90 minutes, etc.
We are open Wednesdays through Sundays but one week per month we are also open on Mondays & Tuesdays.
