Daily morning skin care routine

By Maria From Skin Care Pro Group

  1. Wash face with cold water and the suggested cleanser using one of the recommended cleaning tools that are safe for your skin. Be sure to dry the skin completely as to not mix the next step with moisture and lower the potency of the next product.
  2. Apply a light coat of the recommended serum, avoiding the immediate eye area and allow the product to absorb before moving towards the next step. Note that I only recommend professional grade serums because they are the “powerhouse” product and therefore, worth the investment.
  3. Apply a good eye cream all around the eye including eye lids and also the brows (on top of brow hair)
  4. Apply a good moisturizer with SPF 15+ for people that don’t spend much time outside or 30-50 SPF for those who are outside or workout daily.

Skin perfecting bonus activities

calendar

  1. Every week select one night when you wash the face and put NOTHING on to let the skin oxygenate, rest, and self-balance in terms of oil production.
  2. Do not combine professional or dermatology retinol products with any other type of exfoliant product or activity.
  3. When incorporating a new product please be sure that it is the ONLY new one you add to your routine at the same time. The skin may take multiple (5+) applications before a reaction (good or bad) can happen and you want to be able to determine what product to eliminate in the case of a bad reaction.
  4. Users of professional or dermatology retinol products should exfoliate additionally 1 time per month on a day NOT using the retinol and should not have any advanced modality treatment such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, etc sooner than 1 month before the last time of use.
  5. If you do not use professional or dermatology retinol products, you can exfoliate 2-4 times per month using an approved, skin protecting exfoliant but not more than one time per week.
